Grade II. C19 front to earlier building. Stucco, mansard old tiled roof with cornice, half gabled side elevations. 2 storeys, 2 sahes with C19 glazing. 6 fielded panelled door on right. Timber framed back wing with red brick nogging. All the listed buildings in Walton Terrace form a group (B1).
