Grade II. C19, possibly incorporating earlier structure. Stucco, Welsh slated hipped roof with wide cornice. 3 storeys, channelled ground floor, tall pilasters at angles to upper floor. 1 ground floor 2 upper floor casements. All listed buildings in Temple Square form a group (B1).
