Grade II. C18. 2 storeys and attic. Colourwashed stucco. Moulded brick eaves cornice. Old tile roof, 2 dormers. 2 windows with boards hoods over. 2 C19 4-panel doors with board hoods on curved brackets. All the listed buildings in St Mary's Square on the south side of Parson's Fee form a group with No 1 St Mary's Row and No 6 Pebble Lane (B1).
