Description
Grade II. Early C18. 2 storeys and attic. Chequer brick. Projecting plinth. Moulded brick eaves cornice. Old tile roof. Flanking chimneys. 2 hipped dormers. 2 windows and central panel on 1st floor; 2 windows on ground floor and central 6-panel door, flush type, top panels glazed with architrave surround and head board with curved ends under flat moulded hood with bed mould broken round. Apron over head board. All the listed buildings in St Mary's Square on the south side of Parson's Fee form a group with No 1 St Mary's Row and No 6 Pebble Lane (B1).
Negative watching brief carried out in August 2021 by John Moore Heritage Services during groundworks for a rear extension (B2-3).
