Description
Grade II. C18 early. 2 storeys and attic with cellar. Brick stuccoed and painted. Moulded eaves cornice. Old tile roof 2 hipped dormers. 4 windows on 1st floor in sequence from left hand - single - 3-light - single (blocked) - 3-light. On ground floor in sequence from left hand - single window - 3-light - door - modern angular bay window. All windows have moulded frames. 6-panel door in doorcase of reeded pilasters and entablature with triglyph frieze and moulded flat hood. Fanlight rectangular of curved diamond pattern. Interior has panelled room with recesses and archway in hall. Lower extension to South. Nos 2 to 12 (even) form a group (B1).
No 12, with an early C19 doorcase, is timber-framed and has a roof ridge continuous with Greenend House [No 10] (B2).
