Description

Grade II. Early to mid C19 front probably concealing earlier structure. Stucco, slates. 2 storeys and attics. Casements and sashes, dormers. The County Hall and the Bell Hotel form a group with No 3 Walton Street (B1).
At the SW corner of the Market Square, the C17 Bell Hotel with a long irregular early C19 front and a C20 mansard roof (B2).
