Grade II. Cottage. C18, altered C20. Rendered with incised masonry patterns with plain-tile roof and brick end stack to left. 1-unit plan. 2-storey, 1-window range. C20 door to right. 12-pane sash window to ground floor left and 9-pane sash to 1st floor above (B1).
