GRADE II. C18. RED BRICK, HIPPED OLD TILED ROOF. 2 STOREYS, CORNICE BAND, PARAPET. SLIGHTLY CONVEX FRONT WITH NEARLY FLUSH SASH WINDOW WITH GLAZING BARS UNDER CUTTER FLAT ARCH (B1).
Demolished before 1986. De-listed 21st November 1994.
