Description

Dimensions - Length 18m, Width 7m.
Grade II. Shop and office, formerly dwelling. Early C19, altered C20. Rendered with concealed slate roof. Double-depth plan. 3-storey, 1-window range. Central 3-storey canted bay window with shop front incorporating cellar window to front with iron grating and dentilled cornice to fascia. Doors either side that to left 6-panelled, with moulded wood surround and straight hood on brackets. 12-pane sash windows to 1st and 2nd floor, doubled to front of bay. Coped parapet conceals roof (B2).
