Description

Grade II. Shop and dwelling. Early C19, with older origins and C20 alterations. Red brick in Flemish bond, slate roof, brick end stack. Double-depth plan. 3-storey, 3-window range. Carriageway to left with double-leaf door and overlight. Rest of ground floor occupied by shop front with central door, overlight and glazing bars to shop windows. Plate-glass sash windows to 1st floor with gauged brick, flat-arched heads. 9-pane sashes to 2nd floor with flat-arched heads. Pilaster strips to upper floors to either end of front. Deep projecting bracketed wood eaves. INTERIOR has boxed and chamfered spine beams (B2).
