Description
Grade II. Shop and store, formerly shop and dwelling. Probably C17, with C20 alterations. Rendered, possibly over timber frame with plain-tile roof. Probably 2-unit plan originally. 2 storeys and attic, 2-window range. C20 shop front to ground floor, C20 windows to 1st floor and central flat-roofed dormer window with 3-light casement window. INTERIOR: chamfered spine beam to 1st-floor room. Roof has 1 tier of purlins (B2).
