Description
Dimensions - Length 20m, Width 8m.
Plan Form - Subrectangular.
Grade II. Shop and dwelling. Late C18/early C19. Rendered over brick, C20 plain-tile roof and brick end stack to left. Double-depth plan. 3-storey, 1-window range. Mid-late C19 timber canted bay shop window with central door and round-headed divisions to window, fascia, moulded cornice and small pediment over door. 4-panel, part-glazed door to right with moulded wood surround. Right half of shop front is continued by full-height, central canted bay window with 12-pane sashes to front and sides. Moulded wood cornice. 3-storey wing to rear left (B2).
