Description

Grade II. Outbuilding, or possibly cottage, now offices. Probably C17 with C20 alterations. Timber-framed with brick infill, and plain-tile roof. Single-depth plan. 2-storey, 4-window range. C19 brick ground floor, possibly replacing original front wall further back below jettied 1st floor with C20 doors and windows. 3-light casement window to 1st floor left of centre, 12-pane window to right of centre. Timber-framing in square and rectangular panels with mid-rail to 1st floor and one diagonal brace to wall plate to right (B2).
