Description

Grade II. House, now flat and offices. Late C18/early C19, altered C20. Red brick in Flemish bond with flared headers, plain-tile roof, brick end stacks. Double-depth plan. 3 storeys with basement; 2-window range. Central C20 door with fanlight, panelled reveals and segmental arched, gauged brick head. 9-panel, part-glazed door to far left with blank fanlight and round-arched head. 16-pane sash windows to ground and 1st floors with flat-arched heads, 12-pane sashes to 2nd loor. 3-light basement windows with central, opening casements with flat-arched heads. Cast-iron railings to sunk basement. Moulded brick eaves. INTERIOR: former dining room has sideboard niche to back wall flanked by cupboards. Niche has elliptical-arched head and moulded wood surround with paterae to imposts. Kitchen formerly in basement (B1).
