Description
Grade II. House. Mid-late C18, probably with older origins, altered C20. Red brick in Flemish bond with flared headers, plain-tile roof and brick end stacks. 2-unit plan. 2 storeys and attic; 2-window range. C20 door to left of centre with painted brick, flat-arched head. 2-light casement windows to ground and 1st floors with wood lintels, except for ground-floor right window, which has flat-arched brick head. Rendered plinth, dentilled brick eaves and 2 gabled roof dormer windows. Cement-rendered left gable end. 1 storey and attic wing to rear of coursed squared limestone with 2-light casement windows and door with wood lintels, and brick ridge and lateral stacks. Formerly a pair of semi-detached cottages. INTERIOR noted as having chamfered spine beam (B1).
