Description

Grade II. House. C18, altered early C19. Rendered, with C20 plain-tile roof and rendered brick ridge and end stacks. Double-depth plan. 2-storey, 4-window range. Porch to right of centre with plain pilasters to angles, entablature and blocking cornice. 12-pane sash windows to ground and 1st floors with rusticated surrounds and key-blocked heads. Plinth, rusticated quoins, storey band and stepped eaves. INTERIOR not inspected (B1).
History of Hill House, with information on previous owners and details of restoration works undertaken between 2001 and 2007 (B2).
