Description

Grade II. House. Early C19, probably with older origins, altered C20. Rendered with incised masonry patterns, plain-tile roof and brick end stack to left. Double-depth plan. 2 storeys and attic, 2-window range. C19 panelled door to right with panelled reveals, overlight, thin plastered wood surround and straight hood. 3-light C20 casement window to ground floor left. 2-light C20 casements to 1st floor. Rendered plinth, 2 stone steps to door and single hipped roof dormer window. INTERIOR noted as having spine beams (B1).
