Description

Grade II. Terrace of 5 houses. Early C19 with some C20 alterations. Red brick in Flemish bond with flared headers, slate roofs, brick ridge stacks. Double-depth plans. 3-storey, 6-window range. 9-panel doors with 3-light overdoors, panelled reveals, moulded wood surrounds and straight hoods on shaped brackets. Doors alternate with canted bay windows, which have 12-pane sashes to front, 8-pane sashes to sides, moulded wood cornices and flat roofs; those to No.13 altered C20. 12-pane sash windows to 1st floor and 9-pane sashes to 2nd floor, all with rendered lintels incised with keyblock patterns. Projecting eaves. Eaves of Nos 15-17 are at a higher level to the rest (B1).
