Description

Grade II. Pair of houses. Late C16-C17, partly rebuilt early C19. Timber frame with brick infill to rear of left bays, remainder rebuilt in red brick, pebbledashed to front and right gable. Front has band course, traces of dentil eaves to left bays, and some rubble stone in plinth to right. Tiled roofs, chimney with row of 4 diagonal shafts of thin brick to right of centre. 2 storeys, 3 bays, the right bay slightly lower. C20 2 and 3-light barred wooden casements, those to ground floor with segmental heads. Board door to left of right bay, entry to No. 63 to rear. Lean-to to right. Ground floor centre room has stop-chamfered cross beams (B1).
