Description

Grade II. Small house. C17, altered. Thin C17 brick, the left bay mostly in stretcher bond with dressed stone plinth, the right bay with flanking brick buttresses. Old tile roof, flanking brick chimneys, the right with some thin brick. One storey and attic, 2 bays. 3-light barred wooden casements, those to attic in gabled eaves-line dormers. Door with lean-to tiled hood to right of centre. Rear wall has small 2-light window with cut brick mullion and surround, each side of one brick's length. Left room has stop-chamfered spine beam; right room has chamfered spine and some stop-chamfered joists (B1).
