Description

Grade II. House. Circa 1770-80. Front is of vitreous header brick with red brick quoins and vertical strips, moulded plinth, plain first floor band course and dentil eaves. Side walls are of chequer brick with modillion eaves. Hipped old tile roof, flanking brick chimneys, that to right of C20 brick. T-plan. 2 storeys, cellar and attic, 3 bays. Boxed sash windows, 4-pane flanking 3-pane, all with gauged brick heads. 2 hipped dormers with paired leaded casements, cellar window with segmental head to left. Central door with 2 tall panels, top-lit, in wooden architrave frame with moulded wooden cornice hood. Early C19 single storey bay to right with slate roof (B1).
