Front range has tiled roof with large brick chimney between left bays and smaller brick chimney to centre. Rear wing has eaves raised with C19 red brick, slate roof and 2 brick chimneys. Front range is of 1½ storeys and 4 bays. Left bays each have paired barred wooden casements, those to first floor in flat- roofed semi-dormers, and door to left. Third bay has C20 sash window, paired barred wooden casement in gabled semi-dormer, and door to right. Right bay has C20 shop front. Rear wing is of 2 storeys and 3 bays, with irregular C20 wooden casements and 2 C20 doors (B1).
