INFIRMARY: A SEPARATE BUILDING E OF MAIN CLAUSTRAL RANGES. BUILT SLIGHTLY LATER THAN MAIN BUILDINGS, & OF SOFTER CHALK. WALL REMAINS JOINING IT TO PARLOUR IN E RANGE (B4-7,B9-10,B12). N & PART OF W WALL REMAIN OF MEDIEVAL DATE - TUDOR RENOVATION. RECENT TRENCHING SUGGEST E CHAPEL OFF MAIN HALL (B20,B22).
