Description

Grade II. Pair of houses. C18 and C19 alterations to older building. Some timber framing in rear walls; front of colourwashed brick, the left bay with eaves raised and cogged C19. Old tile roof, brick chimneys to gables and between left bays. 2 storeys, 4 bays. Left bay has 3-light wooden casement to ground floor and 4-pane sash above. Remainder has barred wooden casements, mostly paired, those to ground floor with segmental heads, those to first floor C20. Board door between right bays. C20 extension to left incorporates some older walling and has overhanging first floor. Door to right. Included for group value (B1).
