Description
Grade II. House. C17, altered. Timber frame with brick infill, whitewashed to front. Left bay is of whitewashed rubble stone, the second bay mostly rebuilt in whitewashed brick. Half-hipped thatch roof, brick chimneys to centre and right. One storey and attics, 4 bays. Irregular paired barred wooden casements, 5 to ground floor, 2 to centre of attic in thatch, the left with tiled apron, the right in gabled dormer with thatch swept round. Central C20 panelled door in C20 whitewashed brick and thatch porch. RCHM II p. 142 Mon. 5 (B1).
