Description

Grade II. House. C17, altered mid C18. Red and vitreous brick, roughly chequered with first floor band course. Moulded brick and render plinth. Gables have some timber framing with brick infill. Half-hipped thatch roof, central brick chimney. 1½ storeys, 2 bays. 3-light wooden casements, those to first floor in thatch. Central half-glazed door in C20 timber porch. Small C20 single storey extension to right has hipped tile roof. RCHM II p. 142. Mon. 6 (B1).
