Description

Grade II. House. C17 altered. Timber framed, with red brick infill, painted rendering to front elevation 1st floor, modern brick below. Old tiled roof with external end stacks. 2-storeys, 2 bays of modern 3-light leaded casements, canted bay to LH of ground floor, hipped tiled roof, 4-light to RH. Ironstone plaque in centre of 1st floor with carved surround, sundial and plinth inscribed SANNIE COTTAGE. Modern rear addition. RCHM I p.317 MON.25 (B1).
