Description
Grade II. Cottage, part of terrace, C17 altered, timber framed, refaced in colourwashed brick. Thatched roof, brick chimney to LH. 1 eaves dormer. 1½ storeys, 1 bay, 3-light casement and door to RH, both with segmental arched heads. RCHM I. p.310. MONS. 41-45 (B1).
Coldharbour Row is a row of eleven cottages, probably formerly five houses, each of two storeys, the upper storey partly in the roof. They were probably built before 1620, except for the third cottage from the West end, which is probably late C17th. In front, the walls are timber-framed with brick filling of a later date, at the rear are modern additions, and the roofs are thatched. Five of the chimney stacks are original. Condition - Poor (B2).
