Description

Grade II. Pair of houses, incorporating C17 timber framed building, colourwashed brick infill and LH bay to No. 42, red brick RH bay to No.40. Tiled roofs, steeply pitched to No.40, lower to No. 42. 2 brick chimneys. 2-storeys, No. 40 has 2 bays of C20 3-light leaded casements, door and leaded casement on LH side; No. 42 has central door with 3-light leaded casement to RH, 3-light leaded casement with segmental arched head to LH and two 2-light upper leaded casements.
