C18, painted brick, old tile roof, brick chimney in centre behind ridge, and small chimney on RH end. 2-storeys. 2 bays of 4 pane wide sash windows in reveals to 1st floor, 1 similar window with segmental arch to ground floor with door to LH and carriage door to RH, both with segmental arches (B1).
