Description

Grade II Cottage. C17 altered. Timber framed with brick refacing and infill, some whitewashed. Old tile roof, half hipped to west gable. Central brick chimney with band and corbelled head. Later chimney at West end. North elevation has outshot to RH under continuation of roof with inset dormer. 1 storey and attic. Modern leaded casements. West gable has 3-light upper casement under cambered retaining arch, modern round window to RH. South elevation has half glazed door under tiled hood. 2-light casement to LH, 3-light to RH and a 3-light upper casement with gable over. Small lean-to addition in angle with No.1, which is C20 and not of special interest (B1).
