Description

Grade II House. C17 altered, timber framed with brick infilling. W. elevation to churchyard refaced with C18 red and blue brick, rubble stone plinth. Old tiled roof, chimney on ridge near N. end, another near eaves on E. side; moulded brick eaves cornice. 2 storeys, 2½ bays, E. elevation has modern 3-light transomed casement to ground floor of S. bay, door and 3-light casement to central bay with small old leaded upper casement, and door to half bay at N. end. Lower section attached at N. end, with E. wing at right angles. Timber framed and brick, tiled roof in 2 stages with gabled dormer to lower end section. RCHM I p.51.MON.18. (B1).
