Description

Grade II House. C17 and C18, originally timber framed, entirely refronted in brick. Roofed in old tiles, replacing thatch, with half-hipped gable at south end. Central chimney opposite entrance, second chimney to RH. 2-storeys, west elevation has 3 bays of sash windows to ground floor, door between 1st and 2nd bays from left, in modern gabled open porch. 2 small upper sashes and small leaded casement above the porch. Lower wing on LH. S. gable has 1st floor band, exposed timbers to gable, sash window to 1st floor. Outshot on East side, dormer window above. RCHM I p.50 MON.9 (B1).
