Description

Grade II. House. C17, altered. Timber frame exposed to rear and E. gable, whitewashed brick infill with weatherboarding to gable. S. front rebuilt in whitewashed brick, W. gable rendered. Thatch roof. External brick stacks to gables, another to centre. 1½ storeys, 4 irregular bays. Ground floor has irregular C20 barred wooden casements; first floor has similar C19 casements, 3 light in left- hand bays, 2-light to right. C20 door in second bay with flanking single lights. Small brick boiler house to E. gable. Lean-to to rear. RCHM II p. 274 Mon. 19 (B1).
