Description

Grade II. Former L-plan house, now 2 dwellings. C17-C18. Coursed rubble stone, timber lintels, old tile roof, chimney stacks with stone bases and brick above, that to left gable with 2 square shafts set diagonally. 2 storeys. N. front has 2 bays, that to right gabled and projecting with 3-light barred wooden casements. Right- hand return wall has paired wooden casement to ground floor, 4- light moulded wooden mullion window above, and C20 extension to S.W, corner. Left-hand bay has 3-light wooden casement to ground floor, paired metal casement above and door to left. C20 single storey extensions to left with tiled and slate roofs. RCHM II p. 192 Mon. 18 (B1).
