Description
Grade II. House. C17-early C18. Coursed rubble stone, timber lintels to openings. Thatched roof, brick stack to left gable, another with pilaster between right-hand bays. 1½ storeys, 4 irregular bays. S.W. front has barred sash windows to ground floor outer bays, paired casements to centre bays. First floor has 2 paired leaded casements in thatch to left, and paired metal casement with tiled apron to right of centre. Board door between left-hand bays. Single storey extension to left is timber framed with whitewashed brick infill to right and weatherboarding to left; thatched roof with central brick stack. RCHM II p.192 Mon.14 (B1).
