In 1872 the 'White Hart' was recorded as having been licenced for over 50 years. The licencee was Charles Turvey, the owner was Sir Thomas Freemantle of Swanbourne and the leaseholders were Wroughton and Threlfall of Aylesbury (B2).
The White Hart is marked as a public house on the 1880 1st edition 25-inch OS map but not on the 1899 2nd edition 25-inch OS map, so presumably had closed (B3).
