Description

Grade II. House. C17, altered. Timber frame with whitewashed brick infill. Front and gable of left bay rebuilt in whitewashed brick. Thatch roof, half-hipped to left. Small brick chimneys to right of centre and external to right gable. 1½ storeys, 3 irregular bays. Ground floor has 3 C19 3-light wooden casements; first floor has 2 leaded casements, 2-light to left, 3-light to right. C20 door to right of centre. Single storey extension, formerly outbuilding, to right is of whitewashed brick with tiled roof. RCHM II p. 280 Mon.28 (B1).
