Description

Grade II. House. Mid-late C18 range on S.W. side, C19 range parallel to N.E. Earlier range is of red and vitreous brick with first floor band course, moulded eaves and rendered plinth. Old tile roof, central brick chimney. 2 storeys, 2 bays and lobby entry. C19 3-light wooden casements, central single light over door. Early C19 wooden doorcase with pilaster strips and cornice hood on scroll brackets, enclosed in C19 porch with hipped roof, 2-light casement to front, and door in right side. Gable to street is of vitreous headers with red brick quoins and fenestration altered late C19. Canted stone bay window with hipped roof, sash window with shaped stone head to first floor, small blind panel to attic. C19 range is of red brick with moulded plinth and tiled roof. Right bay has C20 3-light casement to ground floor, 5-pane sash to first floor; remainder have irregular sash windows (B1).
