Description

Grade II. House. Early C18 L-plan house, altered and much extended to west C19. C18 part is of red and vitreous brick, C19 part of red and white chequer brick. Old tile roofs, brick chimneys. 2 storeys. C18 part has 5 narrow bays with brick pilasters to north: outer bays have oval openings, now blocked, to first floor; bays flanking centre have C19 wooden casements, paired to first floor, 3-light to ground floor right; central board door with cambered head, small band of moulded brick and traces of pediment above. 2 C19 bays to right of N. front have wooden casements, 3-light to ground floor left, remainder 2-light, and board door to right, ground floor openings with cambered heads. S. front to road has 2 C19 gables to left, C18 projection with C19 gable to right, and lean-to in angle. C19 casements. 5-panel door in C19 surround in second gable (B1).
