Description

Grade II. Pair of cottages. C17. No. 27 has timber frame with colour-washed brick infill, No. 26 is of colour-washed rubble stone. Thatched roof, half hipped to left, hipped to right; brick stacks to left and centre. No. 27 has central C20 door, flanking paired casements, and one in thatch. No. 26 has lobby entry to left with board door, and two bays of paired barred casements to right. RCHM II p 235 No II (B1).
