Description
Grade II. House and shop. C17-early C18, altered. Timber frame with whitewashed brick and render infill. Thatched roof, small C19 brick chimney to right, base of external C19 chimney to front left. One storey and basement, 2 bays. Left bay has 3-light wooden casement to main floor and board door to basement. Right bay has canted projection with barred sash windows to main floor, and single barred wooden casement to left below. C20 door and casement in lean-to to left. Narrow 2-storey weatherboarded extension to rear of lean-to is also thatched and has 2 bays of irregular openings. Right gable of original block has small C20 lean-to porch to shop (B1).
