Description

Grade II. House. C17, altered. Timber frame with some curved braces and whitewashed brick or render infill to upper floor, ground floor rebuilt in brick and mostly whitewashed. Bay nearest road refronted in brick, partly early C19, and extended to left forming L-plan,the left side of whitewashed roughcast. Old tile roofs, hipped to right of front wing. Brick chimney, mostly rebuilt, between near bays. 2 storeys, 3-bay C17 range, 2-bay front. Front has C20 wooden casements, paired to first floor, 3-light to ground floor left. C20 door and porch to right. Similar C20 casements to rear, C20 board door in rear angle with tiled hood on posts (B1).
