Grade II. House. C16-C17. Timber frame with whitewashed brick infill. Old tile roof, external brick chimney at far end with rubble stone base. 2 storeys, 2 bays. Ground floor has paired barred wooden casements, that to left with segmental head. First floor has barred horizontal sliding sash windows. Interior of house has original floor joists, spine beams on chamfered and curved brackets and curved tension braces in central truss. Fragments of wall paintings with Elizabethan script on gable end wall of far ground floor room, and on central partition at first floor level, now mostly painted over (B1).
