Description
Grade II. House. Early C18 altered. Timber frame with brick infill, much of front rebuilt in brick C19. Left gable part tile-hung, right gable part rendered. Old tile roof, brick chimney with diaper pattern in blue brick between left bays. 1½ storeys and attic, 3 bays. C20 barred wooden 3-light casements to ground floor left- hand bays and to first floor outer bays, the latter in rebuilt gabled semi-dormers. C19 3-light leaded window with segmental head to ground floor right, small 2-light wooden window below eaves in centre bay. Lobby entry between left bays has C20 gabled brick porch and is in line with winder staircase. Brick outbuilding, now garage, is attached to right. Extensions to rear (B1).
