Description

Grade II. House. Late C17, altered. Rubblestone with brick dressings. Old tile roof. 4 bays and 2 storeys. Left hand bay an addition. East front has leaded casement windows. Door in gabled porch in centre in front of stack forming lobby entry plan type. Board door in heavy frame. Irregular casements. Band course in brick. Three 2-light hipped dormers. Gables have 3-light attic windows, to south a ground floor canted tile roofed bay window, to north door and casements. Lean-to at north west angle. RCHM I. 218. MON.13 (B1).
