Description

Grade II. House. C17 and C18. Right hand part timber framed clad in rubblestone and brick dressed. Left part witchert, colourwashed and roughcast, C18. Thatched roof. 2 bays and 2 storeys. Off-centre door. 2 modern 3-light leaded ground floor casements. Right hand first floor 3-light casement. Above and to left of door 2-light eaves-breaking dormer. Stone part at right has decorative brick band and blocked window recess on right at first floor level. Left gable stack and to right of centre door. Timber-framing exposed at south west end of rear elevation, remainder has thatched outshot. Interior has chamfered and stopped spine beams. Interior of right bay has full exposed timber-frame with straight purlin and tie-beam braces (B1).
