Description

Grade II. House. C17 and C18. Witchert, colourwashed and rendered on a colourwashed rubble plinth. Brick gables above a band course, rendered and colourwashed. Plain tile roof. 2 bays and 2 storeys with c1960 south east addition. Street or north-west elevation has 2-light casements to left bay, 3-light to right hand first floor. South gable elevation has 4-light ground floor and 3-light to first floor; blocked gable window to both gables. Centre stack. East elevation has glazed centre door in front of stack forming lobby entry plan. North bay has 3-light casements. South bay has modern addition with hipped north gable. Interior has chamfered and stopped spine beams to ground and first floors (B1).
