Description

Grade II. House. C17. Witchert, roughcast on a rubblestone plinth. Timber- framed gables, now roughcast. Half-hipped plain tile roof. 2 bays and 2 storeys. Central door moved off-centre to right circa 1950 and with modern porch. Steel casements of 2-lights. Single light one at right of ground floor. Staircase behind door and in front of stack lit at first floor level by 2-light ovolo moulded mullioned window with leaded light. Lobby below has C17 2-light leaded window. Chimney to right at eaves level and C17 central stack with Cogged eaves to cap, forming lobby entry plan type of house (B1).
