Description
Grade II. House. C17. Witchert, colourwashed pink and roughcast, west gable timber-framed with brick infill, east gable C18 brick above band course. Old tile roofs. Main house of 2 bays and 2 storeys with, at right, projecting jettied bay and at left single storey plus attic wing of 2 bays. Main house has extended eaves over Modern porch at left with C19 4 panel door then 2-light leaded casement. 2-light gabled eaves dormer above. Jettied wing has 2-light ground floor casement on return, leaded ones to first floor, exposed jetty joists and hipped roof. Left bays have one 2-light dormer. Interior has chamfered and stopped spine beams and inglenook fireplace at left. Tall thin brick stack at left of main house. RCHM I.180. MON.8 (B1).
